This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial developments. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing physically demanding tasks, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor such as moving supplies, equipment, and debris to keep the site clean and organized Operate power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and formwork construction Aid in concrete work such as pouring, finishing, cutting, rebar installation, concrete pumping, and screeding according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of tasks Follow safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols during all activities Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Familiarity with various trades such as masonry, roofing, stucco, plastering, flooring installation, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking, and restoration work is advantageous Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and equipment like concrete mixers or pumps safely Understanding of construction safety regulations and ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of work Experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or construction plans is beneficial Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the workday This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
