Whether you're involved in concrete work, framing, or restoration, your contributions will help shape the future of our communities. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of concrete forms, pouring, finishing, and cutting to ensure smooth and durable surfaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry work, and carpentry tasks including trim carpentry and formwork construction. Support heavy lifting activities, concrete pumping, and concrete mixing to facilitate efficient workflow. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct site cleanup, material handling, and restoration activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Experience Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of heavy lifting, concrete pouring, finishing, and cutting. Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprint specification interpretation. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, concrete pumping, rebar installation, masonry, stucco application, roofing, and renovation projects. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocol adherence. Basic understanding of construction estimating principles is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical skills in carpentry, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, metal stud framing, and restoration work.
