In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks to ensure high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, masonry work, stucco application, and fixture installation during remodeling projects. Perform general construction tasks such as Demolition and Cleaning on-site. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Support demolition or restoration efforts by preparing surfaces and assisting with cleanup to ensure smooth project flow. Requirements Prior experience in construction and renovation projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and color theory. Hands-on experience with hand tools and basic power tools. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety standards and protocols.
