Full Job Description About the Role We are hiring dependable, safety‑minded Construction Laborers to support commercial construction sites across the Columbus area. This role is ideal for individuals who want steady work, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow into long‑term construction careers. You will work under the direction of a Site Supervisor and support daily jobsite operations for major general contractors. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling Assist trades and supervisors with daily tasks Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies Operate basic hand tools safely Support logistics, deliveries, and jobsite organization Follow all safety rules and instructions from the Site Supervisor Maintain a professional, drug‑free work environment Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Steel‑toe boots required (additional PPE provided as needed) Must be able to pass a drug‑free workplace requirement Preferred Qualifications OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 Previous construction or general labor experience Forklift or equipment experience Experience as a spotter, flagger, or logistics helper
