Responsibilities depending on role include Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and setting up work zones Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, or LayMor sweepers safely and efficiently Perform finishing tasks like smoothing surfaces, applying sealants, or installing fixtures to achieve high-quality results Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Support skilled trades by providing assistance with tasks requiring manual labor or specialized tools Maintain cleanliness of the work site by removing debris and organizing materials regularly Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards Experience Prior experience in construction on the heavy highway division or related manual labor roles is mandatory; we value motivation and a strong work ethic above all Ability to operate basic construction machinery and tools confidently and safely Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures is a plus Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout long shifts in various weather conditions Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with finishing techniques, equipment maintenance, or certifications such as OSHA safety training Join us in building excellence!
