General Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with various construction and job site duties. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, assisting skilled tradesmen, operating hand and power tools, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction and labor tasks on job sites Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely Perform site cleanup and debris removal Assist operators, carpenters, mechanics, and other crew members as needed Follow safety procedures and company policies Complete tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

Construction or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
