Construction Laborer and Crew Lead Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to support various building projects and ensure the successful completion of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with carpentry work, including framing, bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as fence and deck installation. Duties Assist skilled carpenters with framing, remodeling, and finishing tasks for residential projects. Support the installation of fences and decks, ensuring proper measurements and secure assembly. Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up necessary tools and equipment. Carry out general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, and assisting with site cleanup. Learn and perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision to develop skills for future responsibilities. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with carpentry work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks, and arriving on-site efficiently.
