Job Description
Company Overview We are a family owned industrial construction company from Cardington who specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Marion, Ohio and surrounding areas. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the succes of our team. Position Summary The Construction Worker will assist with a variety of construction tasks on industrial and commercial job sites while safely operating company vehicles and equipment. Candiates must be safety-minded, reliable, and willing to travel and work occasional weekends as project schedules require. Responsiblites Perform general; construction labor duties, including material handling, site preperation, cleanup, and equipment operation. Operate company trucks and equipemnt in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies. Assist skilled tradesmen with construction, concrete, demolition, excavation, and other industrial construction activies. Maintain a clean and safe work enviroment. Follow all OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements. Work effectivelly as part of a team to complete porjects on schedule. Travel to various job sites as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifcations Valid CDL ( Class A or Class B preferred) Clean driving record Construction or industrial construction experience preferred, but willing to train motivated canidates. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physcially demanding work. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when required/needed.
