Construction Worker

Job Overview S&S Contracting and Landscaping LLC is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team. This position involves a combination of construction and landscaping work, offering a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are willing to learn. Duties Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and weed eating Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and rock/gravel installation Complete seasonal cleanups including leaf removal and debris removal Trim and prune trees, bushes, and shrubs Assist with demolition of structures, walls, and materials Perform basic construction tasks including framing, drywall, door installation, and site prep Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand and power tools) Assist with painting, finishing work, and general repairs Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment Travel to various job sites as required Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and willingness to learn safety protocols thoroughly Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute actively on-site Prior experience in construction or related manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is preferred Embark on a rewarding career path where your energy fuels progress!
