Job Description
Commercial demolition company in search of hard-working laborers with a willingness to learn and grow with the company. We do commercial demoltion projects in the Industrial, Retail, Government, and healthcare market. Our projects range from 2000-150,000 square feet. Hourly rate determined by prior experience, skills, and cerfitications. Potential for increases based on quality of work performed. Health and Dental benefits negotiable after 90 days. Demolition is primarily in town, however we do have traveling work from time to time and may require up to five days out of town at a time. Additional pay and per diems are provided. Primary Responsibilities Light construction Labor and demolition Operate Equipment (must provide training documentation to operate equipment) Drive a company vehicle (must have clean driving record) Perform processes as scheduled. Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. Position Requirements Ability to communicate professionally Basic math skills Reliable and on time Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to successfully complete a background and driving record check Valid driver's license and transportation to and from work Must be able to pass a drug test
