Based on Experience About Us Ryno Solutions is a trusted pavement maintenance contractor committed to delivering high-quality results on every job. We take pride in our work, our crew, and the communities we serve. We're looking for reliable, hardworking laborers to join our team. Job Summary We are hiring contract Laborers to support our pavement maintenance operations. You'll work alongside an experienced crew on a variety of pavement projects including crack sealing, sealcoating, patching, striping, and general site preparation. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with pavement maintenance tasks including sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and line striping Prepare job sites — set up cones, barricades, and equipment before work begins Operate hand tools and power equipment as directed Mix, apply, and spread materials under crew leader supervision Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks Perform other general labor duties as assigned Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to follow directions and work safely around traffic Must be punctual and dependable Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in pavement maintenance, construction, or general labor Familiarity with sealcoating, crack sealing, or asphalt repair Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Work with an experienced, professional crew Opportunities to grow your skills in the pavement maintenance industry To apply, submit your resume or work history through Indeed.
