This position involves working on various job sites throughout Northeast Ohio and assisting with general construction, painting, demolition, drywall, basic electrical assistance, and other trade-related tasks. We do not currently operate from a central office. Employees report directly to the assigned job site each day. The owner/supervisor will send the job site address and start time before each shift. Responsibilities Assist with painting, prep work, sanding, rolling, and cleanup Perform demolition and debris removal Assist with drywall hanging, patching, sanding, and finishing Help with basic electrical work under proper supervision Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Perform general construction and remodeling tasks Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Use hand tools and power tools safely Follow directions from the owner/supervisor Work well with a crew and complete tasks on time Requirements Construction or remodeling experience preferred Painting, drywall, demolition, or general trades experience is a plus Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to perform physical labor Must be able to lift materials as needed Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation required Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to work safely and follow directions Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and willing to help with multiple types of construction work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and can handle different tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites. Work Location Various job sites throughout Northeast Ohio. Job site address and start time will be provided by the owner/supervisor before each shift. This is an in-person position, not remote. Compensation Pay is based on experience and skill level. Steady work may be available for the right candidate.
