Skilled Installer/ Laborer — Azenco Pergolas & Exterior Screens Cleveland, OH 44125 From $22 an hour - Full-time From $22 an hour - Full-time Company Overview Timan & Co. is a locally owned leader in custom outdoor living spaces and window treatments. We are seeking a skilled, experienced installer to join our team and take the lead on installing Azenco Outdoor Pergolas and Progressive Exterior Screen Systems for residential and commercial clients. We are also looking for laborers who have had experience in this line of work.

Responsibilities:
Install Azenco pergolas and exterior motorized screens with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Manage projects from start to finish, including on-site coordination with clients, subcontractors, and crew members. Ensure timely and professional completion of installations. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Communicate effectively with the project manager and clients. Hands on assistance for lead installersQualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on installation experience in pergolas, exterior screens, or similar outdoor living products. Proven project management and job-site coordination skills. Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We Offer:
