Job Description

General Labor Job Summary - At New Way to do Construction we are seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company. This is a
OUT OF TOWN
position, you will be responsible for operating machinery, and following all site health and safety regulations. During out of town jobs you will meet in Crestline Ohio on Monday's to travel to job site and on Friday evenings will drive back to town. Paid hotel and daily per diem while on out of town jobs. Must be willing to work in different types of weather conditions. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Willing to train anyone who is willing to learn! MUST have good work attendance. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in general digging, excavation and piping needs. Capable and willing to learn use of heavy machinery. Must have knowledge or willing to learn skills for siding, roofing and home improvements. Knowledge of electrical is encouraged but not required. Passage of drug testing is required. Must have previous experience or willing to learn new skills for all general laborer needs.

Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5pm

Based on experience.

8 hour shift (May be longer days depending on jobs.) Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Paid hotel Daily per diem

Driver's License (Required) Ability to commute is a must:
