We're looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team and grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking a Softscape Laborer to assist in the installation and maintenance of softscape features. You will work closely with our crew leaders to bring designs to reality by planting, mulching, grading, and maintaining outdoor environments with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist in planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal flowers. Prepare soil, install mulch, and lay sod or seed lawns. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely. Load, unload, and move landscaping materials such as plants, soil, mulch, and stone. Perform grading, digging, and site preparation as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Qualifications Previous landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right person. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
