Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Commercial Laborer/Insulation and be a vital part of building infrastructure that makes a difference! In this role, you'll engage in hands-on tasks that support large-scale industrial and commercial projects. Your energy, attention to safety, and mechanical aptitude will drive project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful construction initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with interpreting and following construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently Support erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability Operate power tools and equipment, conducting basic repairs and maintenance as needed Implement workplace safety protocols in accordance with OSHA safety standards and construction safety regulations Climb ladders, scaffolding, or structures safely to access work areas at various heights Conduct routine inspections of site conditions, including verifying proper installation of erosion control measures and safety signage Requirements Proven experience in industrial or commercial construction environments preferred Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings with confidence Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection, and fall protection procedures Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Strong understanding of erosion control practices and environmental safety measures Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions effectively Join us in building a safer, stronger future!
