We are seeking a Crew Chief to lead and install silt fence on construction sites. In this role, you will travel to job sites, install silt fence with a farm tractor, lead a 2 man crew, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties include but are not limited to the following Drive company trucks and equipment to multiple job sites daily. Supervise daily construction activities, using project plans and site markings, and following safety protocols Coordinate with site contacts for accurate placement of silt fence Operate a Farm Tractor to install silt fence Complete minimal paperwork Experience and Requirements No Experience required. We will train you.
