This role involves supporting a variety of civil construction projects including roadwork, site development, and utility installation. Ideal candidates are motivated, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and debris removal Load and unload construction materials and tools Support skilled trades and equipment operators on-site Use hand and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, compactors, etc.) Install underground utilities such as water, sewer, and drainage systems Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Direct traffic when required Qualifications Prior construction or labor experience (IS required) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license
