What You'll Do This is a hands-on field role, commonly referred to as a "digger" position. Work with your team to complete residential sewer installs with accuracy and pride. Show up with a clean, professional appearance and a friendly attitude that helps build trust with customers. Deliver quality work and come prepared with the right tools. Keep the job site and truck clean and organized. Participate in all training sessions and team meetings. Take initiative to learn new skills (sewer code, water service installs, downspout drainage, etc.). Understand and uphold company mission, policies, and guarantees. Perform physical tasks in all weather conditions. Work in tight or uncomfortable spaces when needed. What You'll Bring Solid organization skills for stocking and job operations. Good communication skills and comfort learning iPad software. A team player mindset with a strong individual work ethic. Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with heights, ladders, and scaffolding using proper safety gear. Ready to work in all types of weather. Able to communicate clearly in English. Willing and able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, respirators, hi-vis vest, gloves, safety-toe boots, etc.).
