Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in various phases of construction projects, from site preparation to finishing touches. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including site clearing and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to perform tasks like pouring, finishing, cutting, and shaping concrete Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately according to specifications Construct formwork and scaffolding for concrete pouring and rebar installation to ensure structural integrity Install rebar reinforcement and perform concrete finishing techniques for smooth surfaces Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper handling of tools and materials Support renovation projects by performing carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and other finishing work Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and proper use of hand tools and power tools Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skills in concrete forming, concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and related tasks Experience with rebar installation, formwork construction, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and renovation work is preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team today if you're eager to build your career in the construction industry!
