Full Time Labor Assistant

Job Overview Looking for a full time labor assistant. Need someone to help us on our farm and construction maintenance business. Ideal person will have a clean driver's license, basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Bonus if you can Operate skid steers and mini excavator. You will split between working on our horse farm and maintenance business. Duties Assist with general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate heavy equipment and power tools under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Working with and around animals, specifically horses. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related labor roles is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites Ability to learn and show up on time Be able to work around horses and learn how to handle them safely. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely This full-time position is paid

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
