Overview We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team for projects located within an hour of Fremont or in town. This role involves hands-on construction tasks, with a focus on safety and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working long hours, willing to work at heights, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing various structures and materials Assist with general construction duties as directed by supervisors Work at heights safely, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate equipment Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote efficiency and safety Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within scope Be prepared to work long hours as required by project schedules Skills Experience or familiarity with carpentry is preferred Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Physically capable of performing demanding manual labor tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours when needed Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in construction while contributing to meaningful projects.
