We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
• Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans is beneficial
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
