Impact:
Assist skilled tradespeople with high-volume commercial masonry installations across active field operations. Prepare job sites, manage construction materials, and transport critical tools to maintain seamless daily operations. Operate power tools, concrete saws, and material-handling equipment in strict adherence to job site safety guidelines. Clean and prepare site surfaces, scaffolding, and staging areas to support structural integrity and project timelines. Collaborate with union crew members and supervisors to maintain high quality control and productivity standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to perform physical labor in dynamic job site conditions. Openness to entry-level candidates committed to learning commercial concrete and masonry trades. Willingness to travel up to 10% to job sites beyond a 30-mile radius of the primary facility.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete, masonry, or field construction operations. Journeyman-level experience (7-10 years) in union masonry or concrete work.
