The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in various outdoor environments, including construction sites. This role involves performing a variety of tasks that require physical strength and the ability to operate hand and power tools effectively. Duties Assist in various construction projects by performing tasks such as pouring concrete, moving material, operating power tools and building fences. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on the job site. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Support landscape maintenance activities, including planting and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Requirements Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) regularly throughout the workday. Experience in carpentry is desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
