Traveling Modular Installation Laborer Pristine Construction Contracting LLC Full-Time | Nationwide Travel | $24-$35 per hour Job Summary Pristine Construction Contracting LLC is hiring hardworking and dependable laborers to install, dismantle, and relocate modular buildings and office trailers across the United States. This is a physically demanding, travel-intensive position. Candidates must be willing to work long and irregular hours, stay away from home for extended periods, drive long distances, and work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Every employee is expected to maintain a positive attitude and physically work alongside the crew. Responsibilities Install, block, level, seam, and anchor modular buildings. Install and remove skirting, ramps, steps, trim, doors, siding, and interior finishes. Dismantle buildings, construct shipping walls, and prepare units for transportation. Assist with crane sets, rigging, signaling, and equipment spotting. Operate skid steers, excavators, translifts, manlifts, telehandlers, and forklifts when trained and authorized. Drive company trucks and safely pull loaded trailers approximately 30 feet long. Load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials. Use hand and power tools safely. Maintain clean and organized jobsites, vehicles, and equipment. Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and supervisor instructions. Requirements Willing and able to travel nationwide for extended periods. Capable of driving a pickup truck while pulling a loaded 30-foot trailer. Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical construction work. Available for long shifts, overtime, weekends, and changing schedules. Basic construction experience and mechanical ability. Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Able to promote a positive and productive atmosphere. CDL required when the truck and trailer weight classification requires one. Modular installation, heavy-equipment, carpentry, CDL, OSHA, rigging, fall-protection, or crew-leadership experience is preferred. Pay and Benefits Starting pay is $24 per hour with no experience and up to $35 per hour for highly experienced foremen or crew leaders. We offer a high starting wage due to the extensive travel, physical workload, long hours, and expectations of the position. Compensable travel and drive time is paid at one-half of the employee's regular hourly wage, subject to applicable law and company policy. Overtime is paid according to applicable federal and state laws. Company-paid lodging and approved job-related travel expenses are provided according to company policy. Additional Employment Requirements Applicants must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; be authorized to work in the United States and provide Form I-9 documentation; pass required pre-employment and ongoing drug testing; and meet all applicable background-check, motor-vehicle-record, safety, and jobsite-access requirements.
