Utility Underground Construction Operator/Labor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled operator/laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various utility construction projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Perform physical labor tasks on sites while installing utility pipe, including site preparation, cleanup, and materials handlings. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Load and unload equipment and materials Ability to perform physically demanding task Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Travel is required within state. Per diem and lodging provided by company Skills Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to fabrication tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
