Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. You will perform a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, or concrete pumping Install rebar, form concrete structures, and execute concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans and measurements Perform masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying for various surfaces Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for site development and renovation projects Support carpentry activities such as trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and framing for walls or ceilings Apply caulking, plastering, and other finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of general construction practices Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment operation, and building systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in various trades including masonry, carpentry (including frame and trim), roofing, stucco, or restoration work Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, concrete finishing, and concrete pumping processes Experience with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site transportation is desirable Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction activities and equipment use Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build more than structures — they build futures!
