Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable individual with experience in construction and marine restoration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced with heavy equipment, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in outdoor and waterfront environments.

Responsibilities:

Construct, repair, and restore docks, boathouses, decks, and seawalls Perform shoreline stabilization and restoration work Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.) Perform welding and fabrication as needed Read and interpret plans and project specifications Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction (marine or shoreline experience preferred) Ability to operate heavy equipment Welding experience required Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on docks, seawalls, or waterfront properties CDL license Knowledge of erosion control and shoreline protection techniques
