Overview Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Operator/Laborer and be a vital part of the construction related industry. In this energetic role, you'll operate heavy machinery, assist with site preparation, and contribute to the successful completion of site tasks. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, forklifts, backhoes, water trucks, and dump trucks to move materials and load materials. Assist with site work, including dozing, compacting and leveling of site. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards. Support construction crews by loading/unloading materials and assisting with various manual tasks on-site. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and ensure timely completion of daily site preperation. Requirements Prior experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, or dump trucks. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance. Construction site experience with familiarity in operating wheel loaders and trac loaders. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively on-site.
