Construction Laborer

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting the construction process by performing various tasks on-site. This role requires a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various tasks. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. Completing assigned tasks while ensuring the quality and quantity of your work; always maintaining high standards. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred but not required. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, such as climbing ladders and stairs; walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting and bending for long periods of time; ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers. Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies and other company property. Must be punctual, dependable and able to work full-time. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay is based on experience.
