In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors in executing various on-site tasks, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help create a productive environment focused on quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, maintaining proper handling and care Help with site cleanup, waste removal, and organization of materials to keep the worksite tidy Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of construction safety practices; willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Valid driver's license preferred for transportation to different job sites Ability to take direction from supervisors and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a vital part of our construction crew!
