Immediate Opening Available About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established Southeast Ohio contractor, is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support a variety of residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects throughout the region. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects while gaining experience across multiple skilled trades. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is willing to assist wherever needed to help projects stay on schedule. What You'll Be Doing Assist with residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects Support framing, drywall installation, and finishing work Perform basic plumbing and electrical support tasks as directed Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Operate and safely handle common hand and power tools Take measurements and utilize a tape measure accurately Perform general labor duties to support project completion Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Typical schedules are either: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule may vary based on project requirements and customer locations Local travel to job sites throughout Southeast Ohio is required Benefits Direct-hire employment Competitive pay based on experience Paid vacation time Company-provided tools What We're Looking For Minimum of one year of construction, remodeling, maintenance, or general labor experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate company vehicles when needed Basic knowledge of construction practices and job site safety Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing a variety of hands-on construction and labor tasks.
