Job Description
Duties Job locations include Paulding, Payne, Latty, Van Wert, and Defiance area. Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing. Support skilled tradespeople with tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and roofing. Handle tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing materials like trim carpentry, cabinetry, painting, dry wall, etc. Qualifications Must have transportation and excellent attendance. Prior construction site experience or related hands-on work needed and eagerness to learn! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques important. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job.
