Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic Restoration and Remodeling team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout each phase of the project. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute directly to creating durable structures and beautiful spaces. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your construction expertise while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Support the installation of rebar, formwork, metal stud framing, and other structural components following blueprints and schematics Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for concrete pouring, masonry work, roofing, stucco application, and restoration projects Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Maintain safety protocols by adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Assist with demolition, renovation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, plastering, and other finishing activities as needed Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects or in a related laborer role Mechanical knowledge is advantageous Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, saws and other tools Knowledge of general construction and finishing methods Experience operating heavy equipment or heavy machinery is a plus but not required Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding as necessary Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site transportation is preferred Embark on a career where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to build something lasting.
