What We're Looking For Previous experience in landscape or construction (preferred) Valid Ohio driver's license Professional, respectful attitude on and off the job site Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Skills That Set You Apart Strong communication and leadership abilities Attention to detail and pride in quality work Willingness to learn, grow, and advance Ability to operate a truck and trailer Basic knowledge of landscape construction practices Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities Landscape and outdoor living construction Patio and walkway installation Retaining wall construction Plant installation and site work General labor and job site support What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 30-day performance evaluation with opportunity for growth Weekly pay Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) A positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a company that's building a strong reputation in the industry Our Culture We are a detail-oriented company focused on quality, precision, and doing things the right way.
