Construction Crew Member

Twin Crest Construction is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Crew Member. If you have a passion for construction and the ability to drive a truck and trailer , we want to hear from you! While experience in construction labor is encouraged, we are committed to providing professional training as needed.

Expectations and Duties:

Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation and material handling. Follow project plans and instructions to complete assigned tasks effectively. Safely operate and maintain tools and machinery relevant to construction work. Drive crew members to and from job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and materials. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members via a cell phone.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, stoop, or kneel for extended periods. Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs or more as required.

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
