In this energetic role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals to build, install, and restore landscapes that inspire and endure. Your hands-on involvement will contribute to creating beautiful hardscapes, planting designs, and structural features that elevate our clients' properties. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in construction and landscaping while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and custom stonework using power tools and hand tools. Support planting and landscape bed preparation by digging, grading, and soil amendment. Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of landscape designs. Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met during each phase of construction. Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks including stucco, plastering, and masonry wall building. Support the installation of water features, drainage systems, irrigation components, and other landscape elements requiring plumbing or electrical experience. Maintain a clean and organized work site by handling materials efficiently and adhering to safety protocols. Recommended Experience Prior experience in Hardscaping Patio Work Masonry Experience Concrete Experience preferred Planting Installation Experience Valid Driver's License required Trailer Experience preferred
