2nd Shift Construction Labor

Our client, a globally recognized energy technology company seeks to fill several 2nd Shift Construction Labor positions in its Warehouse department. The hiring manager for these positions strongly prefers applicants with previous construction experience (either residential or commercial construction). Duties will involve purchasing, stocking, and moving critical materials used in the facility's production activities.

Bartlesville, OK Pay Rate:

$20.00 hour (includes $2 shift differential for 2nd shift)

Schedule:

Second Shift:

Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Position type: Contract-to-hire. Conversion to permanent employee is possible after 3-4 month initial period, depending on worker performance.

Responsibilities:

Stock materials Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, saws) Maintain inventory in computer systems and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

Previous construction (1 or more years) experience clearly shown on resume is

REQUIRED

Must be physically able to lift heavy items (may be up to 50 lbs.) Must be able to stand for long periods to perform the work Must have an active driver's license in good standing Must be able to pass company-required drug testing and criminal background check
