Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, motivated Entry-Level Crew Floater to support multiple field crews as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Duties Float between numerous crews to provide support as needed Safely transport materials, equipment and supplies to and from jobs sites Pull and maneuver trailers as required Locate utility lines while operating a hydrovac to ensure safe excavation Assist crews with daily tasks and general labor Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive role is highly preferred Valid driver's license (required) Ability to pull trailers safely Experience locating utility lines Experience using a hydrovac Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions If you're a team player who enjoys hands-on work and is ready to grow with our company, we'd love to hear from you.
