This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, roofing, drywall repair, texture, paint, tile installation, and more! Duties Assist with the installation and assembly of structural components such as framing, drywall, doors, windows, and cabinetry using hand tools and power tools Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks to ensure durable and precise results Conduct basic construction inspections to verify work quality and adherence to blueprints and schematics Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely to facilitate construction activities on-site Perform demolition, restoration, and remodeling tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accurately Assist with roofing, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and other specialty trades as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or remodeling is highly preferred, but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Relevant certifications or training in construction inspection or specific trades (e.g., welding, glass installation) are advantageous but not mandatory Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
