Roofing Laborer Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction / Roofing Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks on residential and commercial job sites. This role involves handling materials and performing general labor duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.) Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites Remove old roofing materials and debris Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times Operate basic hand and power tools as needed Support skilled workers such as roofers, carpenters, and supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous construction or roofing experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, bending, standing for long periods) Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation to job sites

Metal Fabrication Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
