Pay:

$20-$25 per hour (based on experience) You'll be working directly alongside the owner of our growing general contracting company, giving you the opportunity to learn firsthand from years of experience in the construction industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world skills, take on new challenges, and grow with a company that's expanding. We handle everything from rough framing and finish carpentry to decking and siding to painting and general construction. No two days are the same, and you'll get experience in every phase of the job. Whether you've worked in construction before or you're looking to break into the trades, we're looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Learn and perform rough and finish carpentry Assist with remodeling and general construction projects Safely use hand and power tools Work directly with the owner and experienced craftsmen who are invested in helping you grow Keep job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly Take pride in building quality work that lasts What We're Looking For No experience? No problem. Some experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must be able to speak and understand English Able to perform physical work (lift 100lb) and work outdoors when needed Driver's license and reliable transportation Pass Background Check Why Work With Us?
