Construction Laborer & Dump Trailer Hauler Part-Time / Full-Time | Central Oregon | $20-$25 Per Hour We are a growing construction company looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in Central Oregon! This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on construction experience, develop new skills, and grow with a company. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from the owner through hands-on training and real job site experience. The position involves general construction labor and hauling construction materials and debris using a company-provided dump trailer. All levels of construction labor experience are welcome. However, previous dump trailer hauling experience is required. Job Responsibilities Perform general construction labor and assist with daily job site tasks. Haul construction materials, debris, and other loads using a company-provided dump trailer. Safely tow the dump trailer using your own vehicle. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Learn new construction skills and techniques through hands-on training. Assist with other construction-related duties as needed. Requirements Previous experience hauling and towing a dump trailer is required. Must have your own suitable vehicle capable of safely towing a dump trailer. A truck is strongly preferred, such as a half-ton pickup or a 3/4-ton (2500) truck. Must pass a background check and driving record review. Must qualify for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy. Must be dependable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to perform physical construction labor. All levels of construction labor experience are welcome. Pay & Compensation $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience. Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. The same hourly rate applies to both construction labor and hauling work. Mileage reimbursement for approved hauling trips, calculated from the material pickup location to the drop-off location. Company-provided dump trailer.
