This role involves operating construction equipment and performing manual labor to support residential excavation projects. The ideal candidate will be willing to perform physically demanding tasks and have prior experience in residential excavation work. Duties Operate various construction equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, loaders, and other machinery. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, material handling, and site cleanup. Assist with residential excavation projects, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Be willing to undertake labor-intensive tasks as required by project demands. Experience Prior experience in residential excavation is required. Must be willing to perform labor duties alongside equipment operation. Ability to operate construction machinery safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding manual labor tasks.
