Job Summary:

Help keep essential community infrastructure running strong. The City of Medford is seeking a dependable Water Reclamation Facility Laborer to support the Regional Water Reclamation Facility through hands-on outdoor work that keeps the site safe, clean, and operating efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation repair, heavy equipment operation, or general facility maintenance who takes pride in practical work and being part of a team that supports essential wastewater operations. Required Education and Experience:

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and
• Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire; and
• One (1) or more years of experience in landscape maintenance and/or operation of heavy equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a maintenance or construction environment.
• Previous experience working at a water or wastewater treatment facility.
• Demonstrated experience in manual labor, particularly in construction, maintenance, or similar fields.
• Proven ability to operate basic machinery and tools related to landscape maintenance and repair tasks.

• During initial training, the schedule will be Monday

Salary:

$44,008.37 to $56,167.08 per Year Depending on Experience, Depending on Qualifications
