Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to assist with a variety of construction, remodeling, maintenance, and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with construction, remodeling, and repair projects Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Operate hand and power tools safely Perform demolition, framing, painting, and cleanup duties Assist with concrete, fencing, landscaping, and general site work Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work safely Preferred Skills Basic carpentry experience Equipment operation experience Painting or remodeling experience Mechanical aptitude Farm or agricultural experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Consistent full-time work Hands-on training provided Small team environment Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional weekends as needed To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your construction or labor experience.
