Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to various tasks that ensure the successful completion of a culvert and road project. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-related fields Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
