Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of bringing building projects to life! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contributing to everything from foundational work to finishing touches. You'll engage in hands-on tasks that require precision, strength, and a keen eye for detail, all while adhering to strict safety standards. Duties Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and facades using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans Operate heavy equipment and machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and forklifts safely and efficiently Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable foundations and structures Install rebar reinforcement and metal stud framing according to specifications for stability and safety Conduct masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration work Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and plastering Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading construction plans Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely Knowledge of concrete forming, concrete finishing techniques including pouring, cutting, sealing (caulking), and stucco application Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred for site transportation needs Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career in a vibrant environment that values your skills! Pay:
$22.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
