PM Who We Are:
Opti Staffing is partnering with a local construction company to find a reliable Construction Cleanup Worker to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a jobsite clean, organized, and safe.
What You'll Do:
Perform general cleanup and housekeeping around the construction site Remove debris, trash, and excess materials from work areas Keep tools, materials, and workspaces organized Assist with general labor tasks as needed Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Work alongside construction crews to help keep the project moving efficiently What's In It for
You:
$23.00/hr Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Consistent schedule Opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience Supportive team environment Potential for long-term employment What You Need to
Have:
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Reliable transportation Ability to follow instructions and work safely around an active construction site
The Musts:
Dependable and punctual Willing to work outdoors and around an active construction environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Preferred:
Previous construction, general labor, or cleanup experience Experience working on a construction site Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
